I called to arrange for backflow testing. Mr. Plumber was incredibly helpful with scheduling. Technician communicated via text when on the way and completed the testing as scheduled leaving the completed and signed paperwork for me to submit to the township. At $40, they had the best pricing around for this testing versus others who quoted $100 or more.

My neighborhood used Mr Plumber for our backflow inspections. Marie, in the office, was SO easy to work with and made coordinating it all a breeze!!! Best price in town and awesome service. They came when they said they would and the whole process was very easy. Everyone was quite happy!!!

We’ve had Mr. Plumber do work in our house twice - and both times Juan was excellent. He was professional, fair, honest, and friendly. He did excellent work fixing our shower and installing a washer/dryer. We recommend Mr. Plumber to everyone!

After receiving a postcard for $39.95 backflow testing-something we had to have done per the city-, I scheduled Mr. Plumber. They gave me a 6 hr appointment window and explained where I could leave a check and form if not home. I happened to be home when Juan came by. He was extremely friendly, explained the issue, and was able to repair our system on the spot. I understand such an appointment window may not work for everyone but considering it cost us half of what the other bids came in at, I was extremely pleased with the service and now we have the necessary paperwork completed for the city, so we will definitely keep them in mind the next time!

We had Mr. Plumber install a new kitchen sink and faucet prior to a big family event and they were very accommodating with potential install dates. Juan's experience was evident in his speed to completion and attention to detail, he even provided some tips for proper maintenance of the sink and faucet before he left. I would highly recommend Mr. Plumber for any future plumbing jobs.

Mr. Plummer is very professional and articulate in his work he did a remodel of my bathroom and the work was done in a timely and efficient manner. His price was lower than other contractors and I WILL Have him do my other future projects. Very personable.

Do not use! They are completely scamming people and are unethical. They came to my house to do a sprinkler system back flow test after calling 3 times to find the house. While that was odd enough (they don’t use google maps?), when they went to test the back flow they told me that the pressure wasn’t working so the test can’t be done, then proceeded to tell me that I needed some parts and the costs associated. Next the 2 people whispered to each other (I’m not kidding), and seemed to be hiding something. My gut told me that their assessment was not true, and that there was a scam going on, so I nicely sent them on their way. Next up, I call Godwin to come in and do the test. They charge $85 while Mr Plumber charges $40. Godwin finished today, and not an issue to be found. I passed. After all this, I looked up reviews on Mr Plumber, and wouldn’t have used them had I done that homework in the beginning. I will be contacting the BBB. And I warn all of you, beware of this company, they are not working with integrity!

Quick and inexpensive to have our sprinkler system checked. Another company wanted to charge us $125 for something Mr. Plumber did for $40.
